| The whole family went with the class on our
5-day Negev trip. At the Hai-Bar Animal Reserve, Stacie gives Luke
a hand to look at the snakes! |
At the copper mining shafts at Timna, Lisa
amused Mark by acting like a chipmunk. |
| Then of course the boys wanted to climb in
the shaft themselves. |
And then they wanted to get out. |
| Todd's parents visited us for several weeks
and came with us on the trip. Here they climb the trail through
Red Canyon. |
Inside the tabernacle
model at Timna, Mark seems to have lost his way. That's the
Table of Showbread behind him. |
| Luke got in his share of walking
on this trip. He walked and walked and walked. Even climbing
the snake path up Masada with Miss Becky! |
| On the trip Luke celebrated his 3rd
birthday. Here Mom holds him up on the bus while everyone sings to
him. |
All of this activity and excitement wears a
little guy out. He catches up on his sleep while Dad talks on the
bus. |
| When not chasing one boy or another, Kelli
had a good time on the trip. Here she stands with Katie in the
tabernacle model. |
Todd led the IBEX group up Jebel Musa, the
traditional Mt. Sinai. This was a first (and last?) for an IBEX
class. See the students'
page on the climb for more information. |
